Thematic Area Wise Project Details

DevCon has conducted over 250 projects on the thematic area of Agriculture, food security, WASH, Climate change, environment, Education, livelihood, health, DRR, emergency relief, recovery, and rehabilitation.

In results of these projects, issues are highlighted related to agriculture farming techniques, soil preparation, harvesting, and food security at the micro and macro level. Based on the finding of these projects recommendations were made to bring appropriate changes in implementation strategies for new programs to increase the crop production by bringing changes in cropping pattern and water conservation practices. DevCon has also gained good working experience in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH). In result of evaluation and survey finding DevCon highlighted the issues with regards to water management, access to safe drinking water, Water quality and sanitation.
