DevCon has two tiers of management staff. We have core team comprised of top management and experts having vast experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects/programs of various magnitudes and sectors. Then we have project implementation teams that are serving with us, who are our key staff, have over the years participated in a number of baseline studies, evaluations, and program reviews, infrastructure assessments, studies and have experience of conducting hundreds of assignments of various project/program sectors.

DevCon over a period of twelve years has gained the ability to access the communities all over Pakistan through its experienced field teams available at district and UC level in all provinces of Pakistan including AJK and FATA. Trained pool of field staff comprised of enumerators and supervisors is on our roaster and we can mobilize it within no time to structure a team to deliver any assignment anywhere in Pakistan including AJK and FATA.

DevCon with their network of associate partner across Pakistan have operational setups and trained staff available in all provinces of Pakistan to implement projects with any scale and magnitude. DevCon through this arrangement has the ability to organize/assemble teams in the very short notice to execute any assignment anywhere in Pakistan.

We also have good working relationships with Universities across the country to carry out research and development projects all over Pakistan. This joint expertise not only add value to the research work but also provide an excellent opportunity for the students to directly interact with the community and conduct research work in the field.
